    The coping is the 2-inch-thick stone you choose to go around the edge of your pool. The coping is usually the same material as the pool patio. What decisions need to be made about coping? Material and size. 12" bluestone is our standard.

    The shade of the bluestone can vary depending on where the stone is harvested. Bluestone is not always uniform in color and can change over time.
